1. Services
DayZ Trader Bot provides Discord and web dashboard tools for trading, player economy, ticket workflows, item/category management, linked server operations, and staff support tools.
DayZ Killfeed Bot provides Discord tools and public leaderboard data for killfeed/stat tracking, leaderboards, heatmaps, server administration tools, whitelists, bans, server file tools, spawning tools, UAV zones, teleport tools, optional economy features, and bounty features.
The Trader Bot and Killfeed Bot are separate applications with separate databases.
2. Accounts and Access
Users access Discord bot features through Discord. Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth and is controlled by Discord identity, guild membership, permissions, configured staff roles, and service configuration.
You must not share admin access, long-life tokens, API credentials, dashboard sessions, or staff-only information with unauthorised users.
3. Server Owner Responsibilities
- Ensure you have permission to connect Discord servers, DayZ servers, Nitrado accounts, API tokens, logs, and data sources.
- Configure channels, staff roles, permissions, economy settings, ticket panels, leaderboards, heatmaps, and admin features appropriately.
- Comply with Discord rules, Nitrado rules, Steam/DayZ rules, Bohemia Interactive rules, and applicable laws.
- Use player-facing data fairly and avoid unfair gameplay advantages.
- Ensure server monetisation complies with Bohemia Interactive monetisation rules.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The services are independent community tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Bohemia Interactive, DayZ, Discord, Nitrado, or Steam.
The services must not be used to modify gameplay unfairly, sell pay-to-win advantages, or sell access to information that gives players an unfair advantage.
5. Prohibited Use
- Selling or charging players for information that gives a gameplay advantage.
- Harassing, stalking, doxing, threatening, or targeting players or staff.
- Bypassing Discord permissions, dashboard permissions, bot access controls, subscription controls, or server restrictions.
- Uploading malicious files, unlawful material, or infringing content.
- Abusing Nitrado/API access, server file tools, teleport tools, spawn tools, ban/whitelist tools, or moderation tools.
- Scraping data at scale, overloading endpoints, or attempting unauthorised access.
6. Premium and Availability
Some features may require premium access, active subscription status, server approval, or bot-owner activation. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed for security, compliance, stability, or abuse prevention.
Uptime is not guaranteed. Discord, hosting, databases, Nitrado, network providers, game servers, or third-party APIs may affect availability.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Bot features may process Discord IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, server configuration, command interactions, ticket data, player stats, in-game names, killfeed data, DayZ server log data, locations, leaderboard entries, economy records, bounty records, and related operational data.
8. Enforcement
Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, breach of these terms, breach of third-party rules, or misuse of player/server data. Serious abuse may result in immediate removal.
9. Liability and Contact
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, server downtime, Discord disruption, Nitrado/API issues, player disputes, misuse by server owners, or decisions made from bot data.
