3. Why We Use Data
We use data to provide bot commands, dashboard access, leaderboards, stats, tickets, economy, bounties, heatmaps, and server administration features; authenticate users; store server configuration; prevent abuse; investigate bugs; maintain security; provide support; and enforce the Terms of Service.
4. Lawful Bases
- Contract: to provide requested bot, dashboard, support, and server services.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the services and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation: where information must be kept or disclosed to comply with law.
- Consent: where optional information is provided or where a feature requires consent.
5. Sharing Data
Data may be processed through Discord, hosting providers, database/infrastructure providers, Nitrado APIs, support staff/developers, and law enforcement/regulators/rights holders where required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Public Data
Some Killfeed data may be public by design, including global leaderboards, player names/IGNs, server names, ranks, kills, deaths, headshots, K/D, damage, longest kill, streaks, and other gameplay statistics. Server owners should make sure their communities understand what is published.
7. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for service operation, security, support, disputes, compliance, abuse prevention, and backups. Server owners can request removal of server configuration or data where technically and legally possible.
Some leaderboard, stat, ticket, audit, backup, or security data may remain for a period after deletion requests where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or complete backups.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures including Discord OAuth, role/permission checks, restricted dashboard access, and limited access to administrative tools. Do not share Discord accounts, dashboard sessions, Nitrado tokens, API keys, or staff-only access.
9. International Transfers
Discord, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and other processors may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or the provider's lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of your personal data. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
To make a request, contact khaoskillfeed@gmail.com and include enough information to identify your Discord account, server, and the service involved.
11. Children and Third Parties
The services are intended for Discord users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements. The services are not affiliated with Bohemia Interactive, DayZ, Discord, Nitrado, or Steam. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes may be announced on the website, support Discord, by email, or through Discord notices where practical.
